Role Description

As a Full Stack Engineer at Galavate Technologies, you will build end-to-end software systems that solve real operational problems for our clients.

You will work closely with clients throughout the development process, understanding how their businesses operate, and translating their needs into technical solutions. Strong communication is therefore an important part of the role.

A key expectation is that you are highly proficient in using AI as part of your development workflow. We expect our engineers to use modern AI tools effectively across prototyping, development, debugging and iteration to move from idea to working product quickly, while maintaining strong technical judgement.

You should be comfortable working with broad or evolving requirements, learning new technologies when needed, and taking ownership of projects from idea through to deployment.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuching, Malaysia.

• Able to prototype, iterate and ship quickly with good technical judgement.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients throughout development.
• Able to understand business workflows and translate client needs into practical software solutions.
• Comfortable gathering feedback, clarifying requirements and adapting as projects evolve.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Able to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Able to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Experience

Experience level is flexible. We care more about what you can build than how many years you've been doing it.

Personal projects, GitHub, freelance work, university projects and shipped products are all valid ways to demonstrate your ability.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
