Full Time ADMIN AND CASHIER (RESTAURANT) Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,800 in LC X JE Johor Bahru - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

Cashier Duties

• Handle daily cash, credit/debit card, QR and other payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts, invoices and payment documents to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and cash transactions.
• Perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift/day.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide friendly customer service.
• Ensure the cashier counter and surrounding area are clean and organized.
• Report any cash discrepancies or payment issues to the supervisor.

Administrative Duties

• Perform daily data entry, filing and documentation.
• Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders and other administrative documents.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Maintain and update company records and databases.
• Assist with stock records, office supplies and inventory monitoring.
• Coordinate documents and provide administrative support to other departments.
• Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks when required.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented and trustworthy.
• Able to handle cash and confidential company information responsibly.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
