We are seeking a reliable and proactive Digital Project Coordinator. You will be the engine that keeps the company moving—serving as the essential middleman between clients, designers, developers, and other team members. The ideal candidate isn't just organized; they are tenacious enough to chase down missing assets and tactful enough to manage client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients via email and messaging apps, kicking off projects and setting clear expectations.
• Proactively follow up with clients to gather all necessary assets (branding guidelines, high-res photos) to ensure our designers have what they need to start.
• Liaise with clients to gather feedback, strictly managing our standard "2 rounds of feedback" process for both design and development phases.
• Use Trello to manage project requirements, update timelines, and ensure deadlines are met across the production team.
• Perform light post-production tasks on smaller projects using designated software.
• Work directly with 360-photos supplied by our photographers.
• Create simple icons using photo-editing software or source them from online libraries.
• Remind and confirm upcoming photoshoot schedules with clients.
• Manage and send out automated reminders for client hosting renewals.
• Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep the team running smoothly.

Preferred Skills:

• Must-have: Proven ability to follow up constantly and keep projects moving forward without being micromanaged.
• Preferred: Previous experience working in a web, design, or creative agency environment.
• Good-to-have: Basic experience with photo-editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
• Good-to-have: Basic copywriting skills for drafting professional client emails or simple descriptions.
