Job Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
Assist in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and monitor outstanding receivables.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
Support GST filing, audits, and statutory compliance matters.
Project Billing & Administration
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
Follow up on DO endorsement, project billing, and payment status.
Maintain project records, documentation, and filing systems.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on project documentation.
Assist in materials ordering and delivery coordination.
Human Resource & Office Administration
Apply, renew, and cancel Work Passes (WP/SP/EP).
Maintain employee records and monitor pass, medical, and training expiry dates.
Assist in payroll preparation, leave administration, and staff claims.
Coordinate staff training and onboarding activities.
Manage office inventory, correspondence, and general administrative matters.
General Support
Provide administrative and operational support to management and project teams.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
