We are expanding our project team to deliver a large-scale hyperscale data centre development in Malaysia for a leading global technology client.

About the Role

Protect the commercial health of a hyperscale data center project by building and running robust cost control, forecasting and change management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain project budgets and cost control systems.

• Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections and earned value analysis.

• Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.

• Manage variation orders, change control and financial reporting.

• Identify cost risks and recommend corrective actions.

• Present cost performance reports to the client and project leadership.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Finance or related field.

• Minimum 8 years' cost control experience on large-scale construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of earned value management and change control.

• Professional membership (RICS, BQSM or equivalent) is an advantage.

• Data center or mission-critical project experience is preferred.
