As
Head of Supply Chain & Support Control, you will be the trusted business partner to the OpCo Management Team, Supply Chain, and Support Functions, providing insights and financial leadership that enable effective business decision-making.
You will lead the Supply Chain & Support Functions Finance team, ensuring strong financial stewardship across operations, capital investments, sustainability reporting, and cost management. Through close collaboration with business leaders, you will translate financial and operational data into actionable insights, helping the business make informed decisions and maximise value creation.
This is a highly visible leadership role that combines business partnering, financial control, team leadership, and continuous improvement to support the organisation's growth ambitions.
What You'll Be Accountable For
- Partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain and Support Functions to support business decisions through financial insights and analysis.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and deliver sustainable efficiencies across Supply Chain and Support Functions.
- Ensure robust product costing, inventory management, transfer pricing, and manufacturing cost control.
- Drive visibility of key cost drivers and operational performance to support sustainable growth and profitability.
- Support investment decision-making through financial impact assessments and performance tracking.
- Oversee governance and reporting of key sustainability metrics, including energy consumption, water usage, and carbon emissions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
What We Are Looking For
- Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW or equivalent), or Degree/MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- More than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or operations environments.
- Proven experience in business partnering, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and financial control.
- Strong understanding of supply chain finance, cost management, capital investment evaluation, and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience in sustainability reporting and ESG-related governance will be an added advantage.
