Must be Familiar with SQL systems, Min 1 year experience
Previous working experience in customer service or customer service-related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison, etc) is an added advantage but not essential
Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
Basic IT & Computer skills.
Able to communicate in both English & Malaysia. Spoken Mandarin is an added advantage.
Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Accountancy or
equivalent and must be able to operate SQL Accounting and HR software.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of
experience in similar field, F&B Accounting related is priority.
Independent, initiative in
learning with minimum guideline, high job completion and dateline commitment
attitude and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
Strong communication skills
and sound mind working attitude and positive thinking.
