Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate,
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate
Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
Have at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering -
Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Experience in coordinating and monitoring of site works in
accordance with ISO requirements and contractual specifications.
Responsible for the company's human resources and administrative management
Responsible for collecting potential and required talent information and organizing recruitment.
Approve the employee salary statement of the unit, report IT to the general manager for approval, and then transfer it to the accounting department for execution.
Organize and handle employee performance appraisal work and be responsible for reviewing the results of various appraisals and training.
Accept employee complaints and labor disputes between employees and the unit and be responsible for timely resolution.
Do a good job of horizontal contact with relevant departments in accordance with working procedures, and timely define requirements for inter-department disputes.
