"This job is not for 90% of people. It might not be for you."

Unless… you are tired of just "earning a living" and are desperately seeking a "career" that will challenge you to grow and become an outstanding teacher leader.

We are not looking for "employees." We are looking for "partners."

Hero Education is a rapidly expanding international organization, currently serving a growing community of over 3,000 students. With a strong operational footprint across Malaysia and Thailand, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional educational experiences across borders. For our core team, we only want people who enjoy solving complex problems, take 100% ownership of outcomes, and make "growth" their number one priority.

If you are just looking for a 9-to-5 job where you repeat the same tasks every day, please close this page immediately and save us both the time.

If you're still reading and feel excited, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

We hire for mindset and potential, not just experience. We have strong training and proven Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to help you succeed. That's why we only require 1 year of teaching experience; we will teach you the rest.
