Proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese (compulsory), English and Bahasa Malaysia
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Dental Clinic, Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
Possess good telephone etiquette.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Good learning opportunities under experience chefs supervision
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field;
Hardworking, committed, and responsible.
Must be able to communicate well with the team.
Practices high cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food processing facilities, storerooms as well as for operating equipment’s, utensils, kitchen supplies.
Is organized and able to work in fast-paced work environment and high-pressure situation.
