Job Scope:

Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Prepare and cook Japanese dishes according to standards
Ensure food quality, presentation & consistency
Supervise kitchen staff and support training
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & food safety standards
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients

Requirements:

Experience in Japanese cuisine (e.g. sushi, sashimi, hot kitchen)
Minimum 2–3 years kitchen experience (senior role preferred)
Good knowledge of food safety & hygiene practices
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
