The Marketing Executive is responsible for the marketing and advertising of the e-sports team, DBD - Don't Break Dreams. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build brand awareness and digital presence for DBD.
Possesses a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent
Has prior experience in marketing and advertising in social media platforms
Strong skills in digital marketing, branding, social media marketing and copywriting are desirable
Has experience and knowledge with digital marketing channels, including social media, broadcasting, SEO, and content marketing
Proficient in English (Good to have: Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia Proficiency).
Willing to work hard, hustle & grind.
Hungry for success; have the desire to make RM 5-10k a month.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required to demonstrate a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Tiktok,Twitter, Youtube, Wechat, Line etc
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the cookware or related industry, to ensure familiarity with the product and industry trends.
Strong understanding of social media marketing channels, including content marketing and influencer marketing, to effectively promote our brand and engage with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments and achieve common goals.
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box, to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our brand.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize them based on data insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing automation and analytics tools is a plus, to efficiently create, track, and analyze marketing campaigns, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline marketing operations.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
