Maintain a keen eye for dimensional deviations and minor defects to avoid missed inspections and misjudgments, and strictly control the quality of each working procedure.
Conduct quality inspections and acceptance in line with construction progress, submit documents and follow up on rectification work on schedule to ensure all milestones are met.
Liaise with construction teams, technicians, supervisors and the Employer, clearly communicate rectification requirements and coordinate with all parties for acceptance efficiently.

Basic knowledge on material testing will be sufficient, experience in material testing will be better. The most important is willing to learn and good attitude.
Most of the time will be stationed in lab, but site work is required when needed (maybe few times in a year)
