"I don't have experience."

If that's the only reason you're not applying, keep reading.

We're not looking for someone with years of experience. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and wants to build a real career and not just find another job.

At Revolution Runners Sdn. Bhd., we work with established brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and real opportunities to grow. If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Engage with customers through face-to-face marketing and sales.
Represent leading brands with professionalism and confidence.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver great experiences.
Develop skills in sales, marketing, and leadership development.
Grow into leadership opportunities through structured training.

Who we're looking for

You might be a great fit if you:

Are a fresh graduate or looking for your first full-time career.
Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn.
Are responsible, hardworking, and enjoy working in a team.
Can start immediately or within short notice.

What you'll get

Full training provided and no experience required.
One-to-one coaching and mentorship.
Clear career progression based on your performance.
A fun, supportive, and energetic team environment.
Opportunities for local and overseas travel.
Personal growth and leadership development.

We're not going to tell you this job is easy, because learning and growing takes effort. But if you're someone who enjoys a challenge, wants to develop new skills, and is looking for a place where your hard work is recognised, we'd love to meet you.

Click Apply Now and we're excited to hear from you. Our recruiter will contact you within the next 2 days if you are shortlisted. See ya!
