- We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead ERP, MES, or PLM implementations across the ASEAN region — ideal for someone ready to step up, grow fast, and gain regional exposure.
- Preferred Qualifications:• Possess a diploma or degree in IT, engineering, or related disciplines• Familiarity with leading platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, etc.• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage (not mandatory)• Experience working in consulting or system integration (SI) environments is preferred
- Requirements:• 3–8 years of experience in project management or system implementation roles• Proven track record of delivering at least 2 successful ERP, MES, or PLM projects• Exposure to regional or multi-country projects is a strong advantage• Strong understanding of business processes, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong leadership presence• Able to bring positive energy and confidence to the team• Disciplined, resilient, and adaptable in dynamic environments• Strategic thinker with a structured and process-oriented mindset• Willingness to travel within ASEAN ...
