On-Camera DNA: Natural camera confidence, quick-witted improvisation skills, and a thick skin capable of managing unexpected technical glitches or live internet trolls gracefully.
You communicate clearly and professionally — creators and their managers are effectively our customers too.
You're proactive, curious, and comfortable working with some ambiguity — this role will evolve as we scale it.
Bonus: experience with creator/influencer platforms (e.g., GRIN, Modash, Upfluence), basic content editing (CapCut, Premiere, Canva), or your own social presence.

Comfortable working across Japanese live-action titles, anime, genre entertainment, fandom communities, and youth-to-adult entertainment audiences.
