For Accounts Executive: 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
For Senior Accounts Executive: minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with hospitality experience and the ability to handle full sets of accounts independently.
Good understanding of tenancy contracts, lease agreements, property-related financial structures, statutory compliance, corporate tax, Tourism Tax, and SST requirements will be an added advantage.
