Possesses a professional certificate/diploma/bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in shipping and logistics processing planning for import and export procedures.
Good understanding of freight forwarding, forwarding, shipping, and Royal Malaysia Custom for import and export procedures.
Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is a team player, flexible, and takes initiative to collaborate with department heads and other departments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin speaking and writing is an advantage.
Willingness to start work immediately is an advantage.
Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, or bachelors degree in business studies/administration/management, marketing, secretarial or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Mandarin to communicate with our China counterpart.
Proficient in microsoft office applications and computer technology.
Strong administrative abilities with good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Prior working experience in supermarket / retail industry is an added advantage.
