Generally, that program only checks on the surface and basic error without even considering the pragmatic or semantic of the sentence. Sometimes, the spellcheck can sound strange and unpleasant to hear. So, the best advice would be you have to check it by yourself and don't trust your computer.

Why spellcheck is really important?

A single spelling error can cost you torpedo for your job application. Even though you're applying for a low-skill job, spellcheck is still crucial. Recruiters share that resume with spelling error reflect how poor the candidate is on professionalism and even intelligence.

Imagine you're competing with hundreds of applicants, the smallest typo can eliminate you from the first stage. It simply tells that you don't have good eye for details. So now  you know why there're a lot of document spellcheck software and many people do it as a freelance job. It's really serious people.
