Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Higher Diploma/Bachelor in major Accounting, Finance or other related majors
2 years experience of finance experience or related function
Fluent in both Bahasa and English
Minimum basic computer skill.
Duties as an Assistant Accountant
Assist related function to handle basic accounting tasks.
Control and Compliances execution and escalate issues detected in timely operation.
Provide support to processor/process lead to finish the ad hoc tasks.
Responsible to check the validity of supporting documents.
Response the inquiry from clients.
Follow the procedure strictly to complete SIMPLE daily operation task according to the SLA requirement , e.g. Process Journal entries, Prepare Bank Reconciliation Reports, B/S account analysis, FA activities, Depreciation Run…
Maintain good relationship with market during the daily operation, escalate customer's feedback to team lead
Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Higher Diploma/ Bachelor in major Accounting & Finance or other related majors
1-2 years above finance experience
Good at English as in reading and writing
Duties as an Accountant
Process FA or Non FA invoice of own market as per SLA required.
Complete the task that submit by clients as per SLA required.
Prepare the related monthly reports.
Communicate with market to solve the daily issues.
Follow the procedure strictly to complete daily operation task according to the SLA requirement , e.g. Process Journal entries, Prepare Bank Reconciliation Reports, B/S account analysis, FA activities, Depreciation Run
Support team lead and process lead in process improvement fields
Control & Compliances execution and escalate issues detected in daily operation timely.
Update Operation manual timely
Support process lead to collect data to reflect performances for both SSC and market
Act as McBuddy to accompany new joiner adapt McDonalds' culture and pick up daily job
Provide basic training to team member and market staff
Maintain good relationship with market during the daily operation, escalate customer's feedback to team lead
