Abu Bakar Rajudin & Co. was incorporated in the year 1985. We are an organization of members of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, Certified Public Accountants Malaysia, Co-operative Auditors Malaysia and Public Accountants Malaysia.
Principal Activities
• Financial Audit
We offer the service of statutory audits for companies incorporated under the Companies Act, 1965.
• Internal Audit
We offer the service of internal audit for companies incorporated under the Companies Act 1965, government and government linked companies.
• Taxation
The organization offers tax compliance and consultancy services. Compliance services include the preparation and submission of tax computations to the Inland Revenue Board and liaison with the Board on clients’ tax matters.
• ICT Audit Services
ABR consultants will conduct the appropriate reviews and report on information security weaknesses or breaches in the organization, evaluating the security functionality in a particular application, business operational support, network and paperless solutions and new products being evaluated.
Our ICT Audit Training Arm design and develop customized training courses, to focus on the concerns to be addressed, as per your company requirements. We also conduct Formal Training for globally recognized audit certification.
• Receivership and Liquidation
We serve as corporate receiver and liquidator under the name of Abu Bakar Rajudin as the license holder.
• Financial Consultancy
Services include diligence reviews, profit projections and forecasts, mergers and acquisition, advice on flotation on the KLSE, investigations and reviews of specific areas, reconstruction, share valuation services and efficiency studies.
On a limited basis we conduct in-house courses and seminars for clients on a wide range of subjects including finance and tax.
• Business Strategies
We have experience in terms of advising businesses on how to develop business strategies to meet the types of challenges they may face.
• Company Secretarial
We provide qualified company secretaries for client companies, attendance at meetings, maintenance of statutory registers, preparation of minutes and the necessary filings with the Companies Commission of Malaysia through Melioris Business Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
