"As the QC Supervisor at Aeon Food Processing Centre in Shah Alam, Selangor, my responsibilities include overseeing pest control services, conducting internal inspections, and preparing monthly pest control reports. I also handle customer complaint reports, SCAR, and non-conformance reports. Additionally, I conduct in-line checks on raw materials and products, monitor hygiene and cleanliness in the production area, and ensure compliance with SOPs. I am also responsible for managing chemical usage, maintaining supplier service documentation, and participating in audits such as internal audits, HACCP audits, and Halal audits. Furthermore, I oversee employee training to ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, including CCP, GMP, temperature control, Halal awareness, and chemical safety."
