OSR is a licensed executive search firm established in November 1994 as an Executive Search company for Senior Management Staff (i.e. Chief Executive Officers, General Managers, and Managers) focused on meeting the needs of organizations by adding value to their recruitment process and complement their recruitment effort. Since 2008, our service areas have expanded to include Human Capital Consulting and Learning & Development programs, within which our consultants are professional practitioners who have many years of on-the-job experience serving both multinational and local organizations including Hewitt Associates, Hay Management Consultants, Accenture, NFO, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Shell, Mobil and Petronas.
