New Cloud based kitchen set-up specializing in Malay & Western cuisine in KL.

We are looking for candidates with vast experience in setting up Franchise restaurant chains or Central kitchen for our Cloud based Central kitchen in Kuala Lumpur specializing in Malay & Western cuisine. As this is a new set-up, this position requires the managing of setting-up the Central kitchen, recruitment of all related kitchen helpers & Management team to manage inventory, Sales Orders, Menu presentation & all other related tasks in ensuring the smooth & efficient operation of the establishment & its multiple branches.
