Tentang Aset Kayamas Development Sdn Bhd

Aset Kayamas Group of Companies was established in 2011 with a primary focus to deliver comfortable homes that are founded in quality and affordability. A visionary with a passion for property development, The Company believes that everyone should be able to own a home that reflects their desired lifestyle and standard of living.

It is this founding conviction that has underlined our Group’s steady growth throughout the years. Aset Kayamas‘ expanding portfolio features various luxury residential development projects such as ParkHill in Bukit Jalil, The Henge in Kepong and The Holmes in Bandar Tun Razak. We are also working on several affordable housing projects across the Klang Valley mainly Rumah Mampu Milik Wilayah Persekutuan (RUMAWIP) schemes.

The strategic locations and accessibility of all Aset Kayamas projects are matched by our efforts to provide the best amenities and facilities within the developments – key aspects that have contributed to the continued success of our properties among investors and buyers.
