Tentang AXIS REIT MANAGERS BERHAD

Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis-REIT) is Malaysia’s first and largest Islamic business space and industrial REIT.

Axis-REIT is managed by Axis-REIT Managers Berhad with the primary objective to ensure that the Fund provides a regular and stable income distribution to Unitholders and long-term growth in the NAV (Net Asset Value) of the Fund. Listed on the Main Board of bursa Malaysia in 2005, Axis-REIT was successfully reclassified from a conventional REIT to the world’s first Office/Industrial Islamic REIT in 2008.
