In my experience, every company has its own challenges and stress factors. Each day, I must figure out how to complete my tasks either on my own or with the help of my teammates. I have gained a lot of knowledge, especially in terms of responsibility and time management, as well as the importance of effective monitoring and communication from management. The work environment is great, with supportive colleagues. One of the most difficult aspects for me is managing the company's cash flow, as I have to report directly to my manager and CEO. However, I find enjoyment in company events such as sports days, birthday celebrations, and leadership training for all employees.
