Accounting:

Responsible to handle employees’ payroll, SOCSO and EPF.
Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial report to Oversea HQ management.
Responsible for accounting processes and task.
Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support inter-company activities.
Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.

Human Resources:

Work with General Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
Direct hiring and training procedures for new employees.
Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current.
Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
Monitor employees progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring IT stays positive and productive.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up issues.
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
