"Positive work environment with ineffective leadership"

I like my coworkers because they are friendly and enjoyable to work with. However, the management frequently interrupts our work with tasks that are not very important. There are also a lot of people who gossip and try to undermine others, and someone from a different team always seems to be monitoring our work, which is confusing. There is no work-life balance because the management often contacts us on weekends and expects immediate responses.
