I work long hours in production, putting in 12-hour days for six days a week. I arrive an hour early each day to prepare for the shoot. I've learned that working on film shoots requires focus, organization, and a systematic approach. My colleagues and bosses are friendly, hard-working, and positive. Sometimes, having multiple bosses can be confusing when making decisions under pressure. However, we always manage to get the job done, and the director is always pleased with our work. Hearing "good job" from my HOD and receiving encouragement from my supervisor motivates me to do even better the next day.
