Make sure that the monthly closing schedules are followed and that revenue numbers are reported accurately and on time. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports that meet local and international accounting standards. Create monthly trade receivable reports. Develop and coach team members through weekly meetings to ensure timely completion of tasks. Address billing problems promptly through email and meetings with business segments. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and other professionals to address any queries satisfactorily. Assist the billing team in resolving invoicing issues and ensure timely closure of outstanding invoices. Provide necessary information to other departments in a timely manner, such as invoices and revenue analysis. Manage relationships with banks.
