The menu contains traditional favorites such as hummus, Moutabal, and Tabouli, honed and perfected from over two decades of cooking and made all the more distinctive through the use of the freshest organic ingredients. Other items on the menu include Shawarma, falafel, oriental lamb, BBQ, hot fresh bread, and desserts, all of which are home-made and prepared fresh daily. Byblos Café also offers Shishapresso, the latest innovation in a cultural favorite -- shisha -- and the first of its kind in the world, available in 20 different flavors.
