The people and environment are enjoyable, but the pressure to meet increasingly high performance benchmarks can be stressful. However, if you can consistently meet or exceed these targets, there are opportunities for promotion to roles like Subject Matter Expert, Advisor, or Shift Lead. While challenging, the rewards make it worth working hard to succeed.
