I participated in three implementation projects and one support project, which provided a great opportunity for leadership growth. The managers were supportive and motivating when needed, and my performance rating was positive.

Some of the positive aspects of working at Capgemini include the option for flexible work hours and the ability to occasionally work remotely. Additionally, the medical and dental benefits provided are excellent.

I'm not sure if it's just Capgemini Malaysia, but they seem to lack proper management intervention and job security. Being outsourced to companies means the benefits are not good, with variable pay being removed and salary increases of only 5% or less. This lack of motivation is compounded by slow document processing and reimbursement, as well as poor communication and career path support. Despite multiple complaints, my concerns have been ignored by the company, unlike my experience with CG Philippines.

I have been working at Capgemini for over 7 years and find it to be a great place to work. The work culture is positive and the HR team is approachable. They also offer training sessions on new technologies, which employees can join if interested.
