Job Responsibilities:

Assist in monthly payroll processing using HR2000 system, including calculation of salary, overtime (OT), allowances, incentives, and deductions.
Monitor and verify employee attendance and thumbprint records.
Update and maintain employee annual leave and attendance records in the HR system.
Handle statutory contributions and submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Prepare incentive reports and ensure accuracy in payroll documentation.
Assist in preparation of HR-related letters, documents, and reports.
Provide daily administrative support including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Support Superior in HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Perform other ad-hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with HR2000 payroll system will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and Malaysian labour law is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
