Circle K International is owned by Alimentation Couch Tard from USA and currently has 16,000 outlets worldwide operating under international brands such as On-The-Run, Couch Tard, Mac and Stat Oil. By 2017, all the said International Brands will be harmonized under one common international brand called “Circle K”. In 2012, Mofaz Group of Companies (“the Group”) were awarded the area license for Circle K for the whole of Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei by Circle K International.

 

Circle K Malaysia is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group and currently has  14 outlets located mostly in the Klang Valley. Over the next 3 years, Circle K Malaysia plans to roll out 250 outlets . Circle K Malaysia operates as a 24 hours  Convenience Chain Store offering products such as tobacco, non-alcoholic beverages, confectioneries, snacks, groceries, stationeries and other household products.

 

Circle K Malaysia distinguishes itself from its competitors by focusing on ready to eat food and its proprietary products are Polar Cup, Premium Coffee . Circle K Malaysia also offers in-store services such as sales of  telco reloads and photocopying services.
