The company was incorporated in 1995 with the primary aim to acquire suitable land for development.  Since its formation, the company had acquired several parcels of land in established areas in Cheras, Shah Alam and Bangi.

 

The company is actively sourcing and confident in acquiring suitable land to expand its land bank soon.

 

Presently, the company is engaged in the development of several high-rise projects with a gross development value of approximately RM600 million and are expected to be completed by 2020.

 

The propose mixed development  projects comprise of retail lots, boulevard, service apartments and fully furnished soho which are highly sought after.  It is the company's policy to ensure that the high standard of workmanship, good quality of materials utilised, multi-tier security, environment friendly concept and state of art facilities are adopted in the proposed developments.

 

Besides property development, the company also provides advisory services to land owners and upcoming developers in the planning, management and implementation of projects.
