Tentang Dermaga Sari Holdings

Dermaga Sari Holdings Sdn Bhd (DSH) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act on 9th of January 2008 as a private limited company under the name of Dermaga Sari Holdings Sdn. Bhd. It is a holding company itself and fully owned by Bumiputera entrepreneurs. Currently, five(5) subsidiary companies operate under the supervision of Dermaga Sari Holdings which acts as the holding company. The 5 subsidiaries are YAG College Sdn Bhd which owns Unifield Technology College, Dermaga Oil and Gas Sdn Bhd, DMW Sdn Bhd, Dermaga Engineering Sdn Bhd and Dermaga Tenaga Sdn Bhd. These companies run different range of works and do not contradict between each other.
