This procedure has to be carried out in a professional manner. Customer service skills must be used in speaking with the customer in explaining to them as to the status of thier individual account and provide them methods and reasons in settling thier account outstanding.

 

There are several pay packages offered by Dialers to its staff. Every salary package is tailored individually based on the position as well the individuals years of service with the company.Pay packages basically consist of a basic salary, profit sharing(collections staff only) medical benefits (upon confirmation) and yearly bonuses which are based on individual performance throught the year.
