Responsibilities:

Handle & monitor matters relating to Account Receivable - prepare AR, Interco & Back-charge invoices.
Update Book Order & Sales Reconciliation for rental material on monthly basis.
Prepare AR Debtors Aging report & circulate to the respective sales team on weekly basis.
Follow up on payment from clients/ customers
Prepare & monitor sales commission for sales team.
Prepare journal for sales accrual.
Reconcile & monitor rental deposit received from client.
Prepare petty cash voucher and monthly petty cash summary
Key in expense reimbursement claims in SAP, including corporate card expenses
Prepare expense reimbursement summary for HR
Monitor Employees’ aging and cash advances
Assist in annual stocktake
Any other ad-hoc requests by the Chief Financial Officer/ Management

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent. ·
1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are still welcomed to apply.
Hands on experience with SAP accounting software would be an added advantage.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) ·
High attention to details and accuracy ·
Good team work and interpersonal skills.
