Tentang EPC Synergy Sdn Bhd

EPC Synergy Sdn Bhd (EPC) formerly known as Letrik Synergy Sdn Bhd was incorporated as a Sendirian Berhad Company in October 14, 1996 whose intended area of business was in the Construction and Trading activities.

However on July 28, 1998 EPC became a subsidiary of a Sarawak-based Construction Company, with the objective of diversifying into the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering industries.

EPC then underwent a corporate re-structuring exercise in August 2000, which involved changes in the shareholding and management structures of the Company, which resulted in EPC being a wholly owned Bumiputra Company, as well as fully managed by Sarawak Bumiputras.
