The internship offers a generous allowance of 1.3k-1.5k and includes a bonus for those with a CGPA of 3.5 or higher. There is a lot to learn, but I am not a fan of the tech stack and version control systems used. The experience can vary depending on the team, with some being very relaxed. However, there are also instances of bad managers who yell at employees.

Starting my career at Finexus as a Software Engineer straight out of college has been an eye-opening experience. The fast-paced fintech industry has allowed me to learn a great deal in a short period of time. One of the standout aspects of my time here has been the amazing team I work with, who have been incredibly supportive and helpful as I navigate my way as a newcomer. However, there are areas where the company could make improvements, such as better work-life balance and more competitive benefits and perks. Despite these challenges, I am overall pleased with how my career has begun at Finexus.
