GARDENIA VILLAS SDN BHD is a 100% wholly owned Bumiputera company which was incorporated on 29 May 1997.

On 15 June 2001, the company had undergone total restructuring in its ownership, directorship, expertise, scope of business activities and objectives as well as its authorized and paid-up capital.

The strength of the company lies in the management team that possesses vast experience in Civil, Structural, Electrical, Telecommunication and other General Construction activities, right from the design stage until the completion and handover of project within schedule and with strong emphasis on quality.

Prior to joining the company, each member of the management team has carved his or her resourcefulness and worthy contribution to his or her former employees.

The ultimate goal of GARDENIA VILLAS SDN BHD, is to increase local participation in Construction and Engineering Industry and to diversify into trading of Telecommunication related accessories and parts as well as to act as agent or franchise holder or joint-venturing with interested local or foreign parties or principals.
