This job was completely different from my previous role, as it involved a wide range of HR functions and also required me to learn about cars, sales, and dealers. Our company values open communication from top to bottom and bottom to top, with top management always willing to listen to lower level employees. This two-way communication allows every employee to freely express their opinions on how to achieve company objectives. The most challenging aspect of the job was calculating salesperson commissions and bonuses for car sales. However, the most enjoyable part was traveling to three different outlets in Klang, Parkland, and Batu Caves, allowing me to experience new environments.
