To monitoring social media accounts platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada，Just Order, Websites, Facebook, XHS, Tiktok) and other digitally produced materials including product listing, updates, delisting, and returns management.
To be responsible for writing, plan and develop creative content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media platform.
Video editing.
Engage with customers through online platform chat, addressing inquiries and takes appropriate actions.
Communication & coordination between internal teams, partners and platforms
Design creative artwork and content for the social media platforms (images, edited photos, videos, and etc.)
Design, develops, maintains and produces graphic design and multimedia to support the company and department needs.
To receive, direct and maintain a good record of ALL incoming related enquiries of the Company
Prepare and execute online promotion/ Increase the sales of the company products.
Any other ad-hoc task as required by the superior.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
