Grade One Marine Shipyard Sdn. Bhd.（GOMSSB） 成立于 2004年12月1日，坐落于马来西亚霹雳州的 Lumut港工业园区，地理位置优越。船厂专为 船舶维修、造船、海洋油气及航运业 的相关活动而设计建造。

厂区设施包括 三个主要船坞，总面积达12,200平方米，另有 105,600平方米的露天制造区，以及 15,481平方米的硬地泊车区。此外，船厂还配备有 两个码头，每个约70米长，以支援各类船舶作业。

为了提升营运效率与作业能力，船厂配备了 700吨级船只升降机（Marine Travelift）、门式起重机、两台履带式吊车（分别为150吨和280吨）、两台轮式起重机（分别为25吨和120吨）、CNC等离子切割机，以及各类机械与电气设备，充分满足造船与维修的各项技术需求。

Grade One Marine Shipyard Sdn. Bhd. (GOMSSB) was incorporated on 1st December 2004. Strategically located within the Lumut Port Industrial Park, Perak, Malaysia, the shipyard is purpose-built to support activities in ship repair, shipbuilding, offshore oil & gas, and shipping industries.

The facility comprises three main hangars covering a total area of 12,200 m², supplemented by an extensive open-space fabrication area of 105,600 m² and hardstand parking of 15,481 m². Additionally, the yard is equipped with two piers, each approximately 70 meters in length, to support marine operations.

To ensure efficient and high-capacity operations, the shipyard is equipped with a 700-tonne Boat Hoist Marine Travelift, overhead gantry cranes, two crawler cranes (with lifting capacities of 150 tonnes and 280 tonnes), two mobile cranes (with capacities of 25 tonnes and 120 tonnes), a CNC plasma cutting machine, as well as a wide range of mechanical and electrical machinery.

Grade One Marine Shipyard Sdn. Bhd. (GOMSSB) telah diperbadankan pada 1 Disember 2004 dan terletak di Taman Perindustrian Pelabuhan Lumut, Negeri Perak, Malaysia. Limbungan ini direka khas untuk menyokong aktiviti pembaikan kapal, pembinaan kapal, industri minyak & gas luar pesisir, serta perkapalan.

Kelengkapan fasiliti merangkumi tiga buah hangar utama yang meliputi kawasan seluas 12,200 m², ditambah dengan kawasan fabrikasi terbuka seluas 105,600 m² serta kawasan letak keras (hardstand) seluas 15,481 m². Terdapat juga dua buah jeti, masing-masing sepanjang kira-kira 70 meter, bagi menyokong operasi marin.

Limbungan ini dilengkapi dengan pelbagai kemudahan moden termasuk Boat Hoist Marine Travelift berkapasiti 700 tan, crane gantri atas kepala, dua crane jenis crawler (berkapasiti 150 tan dan 280 tan), dua crane mudah alih (berkapasiti 25 tan dan 120 tan), mesin pemotong CNC-plasma, serta pelbagai lagi jentera mekanikal dan elektrikal untuk menyokong operasi limbungan yang efisien dan berkualiti.
