We are Great Deals Properties and we are located at Sri Hartamas. We are a conventional real estate agency who focuses on the primary and secondary market and we religiously believe and welcome creative ideas and modern approaches.

We started this agency after having a few successful EXCLUSIVE/ PREFERRED deals in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. Our two most recent projects were achieving a marvellous 196 signed SPA units in just ONE year at an exclusive project in Petaling Jaya, and another project where we had 20 bookings in a month from start date. We believe in always creating and giving values to all our clients, be it developer, owner, buyer or tenant to create a TRIPLE WIN SITUATION for all parties. We aim to continue to expand our base in exclusive and preferred projects and we hope to continue to improve and expand and one day be a key player in this industry.

We set our goals and review them during our monthly meetings as to how we can improve and do better. We strongly believe in growing together and we want to assist you to achieve milestones and career advancement. We provide overseas trips yearly to our employees who have worked hard and achieve their targets, and we provide staff discounts for some of the projects we sell.
