I am in charge of the daily administrative tasks at Gula Cakery office, which includes answering phone calls, handling mail, and providing administrative support as needed. I also offer personal assistance beyond business matters and can be trusted to take care of daily personal needs for the executive team, such as organizing orders, updating stock and employee information, and managing attendance. Additionally, I handle invoicing, assist customers with bookings and cake orders, and package party orders. I also prepare stocks for other branches each morning and assist the cafe during business hours. Furthermore, I help with various tasks from a different perspective, such as updating company filing.
