Hektar REIT which is the first retail real estate investment trust to be established and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in Malaysia. Hektar REIT’s investment objective is to acquire and invest in real estate and real estate-related assets, primarily used for retail purposes, such as shopping centres.

Hektar REIT currently owns 6 shopping centres and 1 hotel within its asset portfolio in Malaysia.

Being at the forefront of the REIT industry in Malaysia, Hektar will strive to reach for greater heights by constantly improving and developing new level of services, skills whilst ensuring our business is innovative, competitive and profitable.
