Due to growth, we are currently seeking a committed, enthusiastic and multi-skilled customer service representative to join our organisation, to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to customers via inbound/ outbound calls, order taking, reporting and credit processing. Also the role requires follow up and maintenance on customer quotations, orders, and deliveries to ensure complete customer satisfaction and data maintenance to ensure efficient and accurate data integrity.
